1.Delivery Time
We will dispatch your order within 1-2 days once we confirm your payment. We do not process your order on Sunday or public holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders. Most shipped packages are delivered within 3-5 business days from the day they are shipped.

Please do not sign the package until you check all the items carefully. In case the package was damaged obviously when arrived, please deny the parcel and contact us immediately. There is no MOQ for our products in stock. You can place order mixed in various styles, sizes and colors. The more, the cheaper. Easy start for your business, no pressure on stock.

3.What shipping methods do you use?
We offer China Post, Hongkong Post, EMS, Fedex, DHL, TNT and UPS. We can also ship by air or by sea for large quantity orders.
4.How long will the shipping time be?

6.How much does it cost for shipping?
The shipping cost depends on the weight, shipping way and destination country. Our customer service team will calculate for you when confirming your order.
7.Do you accept drop shipping?
Yes, we accept drop shipping. We can ship the items directly to your customer's door step to save your time and money.
8.Can I return the items?
Yes, if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unused with all labels intact. Please firstly send us the clear pictures to show the reason causing your dissatisfaction. A best solution would be negotiated. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information or just contact us for help.
9.Does the product come with any labels or logos? Can I put my own logo on it?
Most products come with their original labels or logos, but there are also some products coming with labels & tags removed. So you can sell them with your own brand easily. We can help you produce the labels & tags so long as you can provide us the size, logo picture, material (we suggest satin, since it is more durable and cheap) and exact hex code of the color in the logo. Please note different styles may need different MOQ to start the customization.
10.Do you offer free shipping?
Some of our products are offered free shipping by epacket mail service. Some price we offer to you is FOB price, not including shipping charges. And our wholesale price is not affordable to offer free shipping.
11.Can I get some discount?
We still offer you the wholesale price even though you just order one or two pieces. But if you order more, we will definitely offer discount – the more, the cheaper. We appreciate your business.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
